Expatriate in Spain for 6 years, Matthieu Gaviano is a French real estate agent and the founder of Hidden & Listed, the first luxury real estate agency on the Costa Blanca specializing in the Off Market.
Its success is based on three key principles: an effective tailor-made marketing strategy, transparency and unrivalled discretion.
What drives Matthieu is not only his passion for luxury real estate, but above all the human relationship and trust he shares with his clients.
With 10 years’ experience in international sales, Matthieu accompanies buyers and sellers from all over the world.
What inspired Matthieu to create Hidden & Listed?
After working with traditional luxury real estate, Matthieu realized the limitations of the current real estate approach to high-end properties in this region: marketing strategies ill-suited to this type of property and clientele, lack of specialization and market knowledge, failure to listen to the needs of sellers and buyers.
By creating his own luxury real estate company specializing in the off-market sector, Matthieu Gaviano is innovating and responding to the needs of Spain’s high-end real estate market.
