Steps to follow
01. Book your appointment
Directly in our office, by video call or phone call, we arrange a first appointment. We’ll take stock of your search criteria, the urgency of your approach, and your specific needs and expectations during the process. We’ll also talk about all the information and procedures involved in buying property in Spain.
We want to respect your search criteria to the letter, which is why we ask you to be as transparent as possible about the points that are important to you. Once we have this information, we will check the available Off Maret properties that match your request. And if there are, we’ll move on to the next stage.
02. Selection protocol
To access all the information about the properties that match your search, we need to verify that you are a serious buyer. Our business and our reputation are mainly based on our ability to keep information as confidential as possible, which is why owners of the most interesting properties on the Costa Blanca trust us.
We therefore adopt a zero-tolerance policy regarding our access conditions. We systematically check the identity and solvency of our buyers. If you’re thinking of financing, we can put you in touch with a partner broker to facilitate the process.
03. Property access
Once our selection protocol has been approved, we will create login details for you. They will allow you to consult the luxury homes that match your criteria, ensuring a unique user experience. If you make an appointment with us, we can also give you an on-site presentation of these properties.
04. Viewing with private chauffeur
You’re finally there! You’ve found the perfect property. After exploring and reading all the information, plans and photos, you think you’ve found the right one. Simply book your visit directly from the property page, selecting a preferred day and time. You will receive confirmation within a few hours.
On the day of your visit, a private chauffeur will pick you up directly from your home or the agency, and you will be taken discreetly to the homa address. Once at the villa, we’ll present you the property and give you a detailed brochure.
We want you to know that each viewing is subject to a fee, which is why we offer a private chauffeur service. We’ve set up this system to limit access to properties to serious buyers ready to close a deal, and to avoid wasting sellers’ time. Of course, the cost of each viewing will then be deducted from the price of the property you wish to purchase.
05. Purchasing and support
If you decide to buy one of the properties you’ve visited with us, we’ll be there for you: notarial deeds, opening a bank account, changing the holder of your water or electricity contract, luxury concierge service… We’ll help you or put in contact with the right person for all the formalities involved in your new life on the Costa Blanca.

What if we don't have the house you want yet?
Option 1
Notification
We can set up a notification system to let you know as soon as a property matching your search becomes available.
However, this first option is only interesting if you’re not in a hurry and if your criteria aren’t too specific.
Option 2
Search mandate
If you need fast, efficient results , and have little time to devote to searches or viewings, you can entrust us with an exclusive search mandate. This option may also suit you if you’re not on site and need someone you can trust to find you what you need.
To do this, we will establish a tailor-made strategy using our unique methods and our extensive network of partners to find you the perfect property.
Unlike traditional real estate companies, we focus on one customer at a time. We will then sign a short-term search mandate (maximum two months). Depending on demand, you may find yourself on a waiting list.
